Spring into the summer and join our outdoor fitness bootcamp sessions based on the field behind Moria Village hall come rain or shine!

You need to hustle for that muscle! 

 

'Super fun' & 'Energetic'! Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise.

  • Why Bootcamp?
    Bootcamps are popular because they work every muscle group, you can do them anywhere and you don't need any specific equipment. Other benefits include: -Improved speed, agility, strength and stamina -Bootcamps often use team games, paired exercises and group activities. Not "going it alone" can really help when it comes to staying motivated, get active and keep active!
  • I'm not very fit though?
    Classes are available for participants of all levels of fitness and experience. You can simply go at your own pace, no pressure!
  • How much does it cost?
    £6 for Non-members ] £5 for Online Members
